Titanium Welding Wire Chemical Composition (wt%, AWS A5.16 + National Standard GB/T3623, Ti=Balance)

Grades: Gr1, Gr2, Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Gr23 (ELI). 

Diameter: 0.8–3.2 mm, tolerance ±0.02/±0.05 mm. 

Surface: bright drawn, oxide-free, Spooled or straight lengths. Complies with ASTM B863, ASTM F136, ISO 15480, 

stable melting, and excellent mechanical properties in aerospace, medical, and industrial 3D-printed components.
